Priority mail is ideal for packages weighing less than five pounds. FedEx Ground is the best for packages between 5 and 50 pounds. Fedex Ground takes between 2 to 5 business days. Parcel Post may be cheaper for heavier packages but can take up to nine business days. Regardless of the shipping method you choose we will do our best to minimize the cost to you. The cost of shipping East coast orders may be reduced significantly by using USPS priority mail flat rate boxes. Our company serves United States customers only. It is our sincere hope that this site will serve as an easy and convenient way to fill your child's list of school supplies. Return Policy: Schoolsuppliestoyou.com will replace (at no charge to the customer) damaged or defective items within 15 days of the shipment date. Please contact Orders@schoolsuppliestoyou.com to report a damage or defective item within 15 days of receipt of your order. A Return Authorization may be required and Schoolsuppliestoyou.com will cover the cost of shipping. General returns for active stock items are only accepted within 15 days of the shipment date and MUST have a Schoolsupplisetoyou.com Return Authorization number. Discontinued, closeout, or special order items cannot be returned. Please contact Orders@schoolsuppliestoyou.com for a return authorization number. A 10% restock fee (minimum of $5.00) will apply to general returns and shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. No returns are accepted after 15 days and general returns which are not authorized may be rejected or incur a 20% restocking fee. For credit to be issued, all returns must be received in resalable condition. Manufacturer drop shipments which are in route cannot be cancelled. All costs associated with manufacturer drop shipment returns are the responsibility of the client.
